Capco Poland is seeking a Poland-based Business Analyst (or Business Analysis Consultant) to support client engagements within our Banking and Financial Services practice. You will collaborate with leading banking clients on large-scale card migration initiatives, translating business needs into practical solutions and supporting delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong cards domain expertise, proven experience delivering migration projects, and working knowledge of the Visiona card issuing system.

What You'll Do - Configure and parameterize the Visiona card issuing platform to support business and regulatory requirements. - Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and propose effective system-based solutions within Visiona to address business needs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and refine business and system requirements for new capabilities and process improvements. - Design and document business processes, system configurations and functional specifications supporting card issuing solutions. - Work closely with solution architects, developers, testers and other analysts to ensure consistent solution design and successful delivery. - Support testing activities, validate system configuration, and assist with defect analysis and resolution.
