Responsibilities include: - Test, identify, repair, and document end-user IT issues related to desktops, printers, PDAs, mobile devices, and network drops - Deliver first-line IT support to the business, ensuring service targets are met - Perform infrastructure administration tasks - Provide on-site cover from 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday, with out-of-hours on-call support as required - Troubleshoot software issues, reimage computers and drives, back up and restore settings, and perform systems administration - Own issues through to resolution; categorize and prioritize requests using the ticketing system; manage escalations - Move equipment for escalated incidents; perform asset inventory - Train staff on hardware and software usage - Recommend and perform upgrades to workstations and printers for longevity - Collaborate with procurement on hardware and software purchases - Work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork - Other duties as assigned
