Gramian Consultancy is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex semiconductor and embedded systems projects from early definition through validation and production readiness. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage timelines and budgets, track risks, dependencies, quality issues, and delivery progress, and ensure technical and operational alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include defining project scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource needs; coordinating hardware, software, validation, and operations; coordinating external suppliers, technology partners, and service providers; maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting; escalating delivery risks and driving timely resolution of critical issues; and communicating project status to senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, have at least 7 years of project management experience in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems, and demonstrate experience leading complex technical products through multiple development phases. Fluency in English is required; availability to work fully on-site in Switzerland.
