Fourth is seeking a highly confident and motivated professional to lead a team of Payroll Solution Consultants and Payroll Implementation Specialists in a hands-on, player-coach capacity. The Team Lead will manage their own workload of customer onboarding and payroll change projects, including complex TUPE transfers, while developing the team to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers to Fourth’s payroll service and the smooth processing of payroll changes for existing accounts. The role reports to the Director, Solution Consulting (WFM) and will work closely with the Payroll Solution Consultants and Payroll Implementation Specialists to ensure sufficient resource allocation and that the team is supported to develop further skills. This individual will also act as a point of escalation for payroll implementation issues and will foster a cohesive, high-performing team culture. The role is based in Macclesfield, United Kingdom, with hybrid working arrangements.
