Legendz is seeking a Marketing Data Engineer to own and evolve our marketing data infrastructure, tracking architecture, and reporting ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Technical Operations, you will ensure that acquisition, CRM, product, and leadership teams have trusted, accurate, and actionable data to optimise player acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value. This highly technical, hands-on role combines data engineering, marketing technology, analytics engineering, and business intelligence. You will design and maintain pipelines, tracking infrastructure, integrations, and reporting that power commercial decision-making across the business. You will work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Finance, Engineering, and our external analytics consultant to build a scalable, reliable, data-driven organisation. Responsibilities include Marketing Measurement & Tracking, Data Engineering & Integrations, Analytics & Business Intelligence, and cross-functional partnership to support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has 4+ years' experience in a Marketing Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer role, expert SQL, strong GA4 and GTM experience, hands-on pixel/conversion tracking, cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, Metabase or similar BI, attribution modelling, API integration, and strong stakeholder communication. Nice to have Python, dbt, Airflow, BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift, experimentation knowledge, and experience in gaming or high-volume consumer businesses.
