We are seeking a Senior Director, Controller to lead the company’s accounting operations from a public-company perspective. Location: Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania, United States. This is an on-site, office-based role reporting to the VP of Finance. The Senior Director, Controller will supervise the Accounting Director and the broader GL accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, strong internal controls, and scalable processes to support growth. Key responsibilities include: leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual close; overseeing general ledger, R&D accounting (CROs, CRO accruals, clinical development and CMC), and G&A accounting; documenting accounting treatments for complex agreements; ensuring audit readiness and SOX compliance; managing internal controls and supporting external audits; coordinating with FP&A, Financial Reporting, and external auditors; preparing management reporting and close decks; driving process improvements and automation; and maintaining ERP configurations and system scalability.
