Bikeleasing Group is expanding its accounting team and is seeking a Financial Accountant to join us in Germany. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of local quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, and you will monitor and perform monthly closings with a focus on intercompany reconciliations, inventory valuation, provisions, and the accounting of software and fixed assets. You will contribute to documenting, implementing, and optimizing new processes in accounting and their interfaces, and you will support analyses and take responsibility for your own small legal entity. You will work in close collaboration with external partners and colleagues from the group companies. What we look for: a qualified balance sheet accountant (gn) or an equivalent commercial qualification with relevant experience, or a degree in economics or business administration; solid knowledge of HGB and SAP in financial accounting and financial statement preparation; knowledge of IFRS is a plus. A strong understanding of single entity and consolidated financial statement processes, the ability to explain complex issues to diverse audiences, and a high level of ownership and initiative.
