Emerson is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of scalable digital customer experiences for our eCommerce and CRM platforms. You will work with the Customer Experience Product Owner and cross-functional teams to translate business needs and customer insights into actionable solutions, ensuring consistent experiences across regions and brands.

Identify recurring issues, experience gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Coordinate and execute functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release validation.
Develop recommendations for product enhancements, technical improvements, and process optimizations aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Partner with the Product Owner and Technical Architect to evaluate solution options balancing business and technical considerations.
Document business processes, customer journeys, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure platform stability and readiness across multiple markets and regions.
Support rollout and scaling of new features in line with product priorities.
Collaborate with Digital Customer Experience, IT, CRM, ERP, and Analytics teams to ensure successful delivery.
