- Develop, implement, and execute CRM automated campaigns to improve retention, reactivation, and engagement - Align campaigns with overall CRM strategies, objectives, and brand guidelines - Manage, mentor, and support a team of CRM Coordinators - Orchestrate campaigns for US sweepstakes from planning to execution and analysis - Create and optimize personalized communications using CRM tools to maximize revenue - Oversee A/B testing to optimize performance - Monitor CRM KPIs at the player and brand level and manage budgets - Collaborate with BI and Casino teams to analyze player behavior, segmentation, and campaign results - Enhance dashboards and transform data into actionable insights - Liaise with the tech team to troubleshoot issues, integrate systems, and implement new features - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM systems and gamification tools - Provide guidance on CRM trends and industry bes
