DLL is seeking a Scrum Master to support multiple distributed software development teams within the Asset Management Delivery Team. Based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, this hybrid role collaborates with Product Owners, Product Manager, other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer of the Agile Release Train (ART). You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives, ensure deliverables are on time with production-ready quality and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across teams. The ideal candidate has a passion for Agile, SAFe principles and 3–8 years of Scrum Master experience in international settings. Key responsibilities include coaching teams, removing impediments, helping the Product Owner organize the backlog, facilitating Scrum events, participating in ARTs, and driving continuous improvement.
