Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) – AI Programs, Vinted Engineering

About the role Vinted Engineering is building an AI platform, and we are looking for a Senior TPM to own it. You will set the strategy, influence the roadmap, drive delivery, and make AI impact visible through metrics that matter to the business. You will work closely with engineering leadership and be accountable for results.

Responsibilities - Own the cross-engineering AI adoption strategy: set outcome targets, align across domains, and drive accountability for results. - Define and implement a measurement framework that makes AI impact visible and broadly understood, and use it to drive decisions. - Lead the delivery of an AI toolset that is standardized, pre-configured, and integrated into daily workflows; run structured, data-driven trials with clear go/no-go criteria. - Collaborate with engineering leaders to move AI from optional to expected; PRs without AI assistance should be the exception. - Ensure the platform is reliable and scalable by removing adoption blockers, setting code quality guardrails with Staff Engineers, and owning compliance and security. - Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, balancing pace and quality, and clearly escalating risks and trade-offs to leadership.
