Installio is seeking a proactive Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our fast-growing solar and heat pump startup in London, United Kingdom. You will own day-to-day finance from transactional accounting through month-end close and management reporting, including the management accounts, cash flow, and financial controls. You will report to the CFO and collaborate with operations, commercial, and leadership teams to drive financial rigour and provide insights to support scalable growth.

Responsibilities include: - Financial Management & Reporting: manage month-end close, produce management accounting packs, oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital, support budgeting and variance analysis, develop KPIs for revenue, margin, and unit economics. - Transactional Finance & Controls: oversee accounts payable/receivable and credit control; manage subcontractor and installer payments; maintain strong reconciliations and control environment; manage payroll inputs and supplier management; ensure VAT returns and statutory submissions are timely. - Business Partnering: provide financial insights to sales, operations, and commercial teams; assist with job costing, project profitability, and margin analysis; support CFO with board reporting and fundraising materials; translate performance into clear narratives. - Financial Improvement: analyse performance, identify efficiency opportunities, document and optimise processes; support implementation of new systems and automation. - Compliance & Governance: ensure finances align with policy and accounting standards; ma
