Responsibilities

Analyze client requests and technical specifications
Issue RFQs to international suppliers
Perform cost calculations and analyze data
Monitor lead times, evaluate quotes, and align with sales and the supply chain
Serve as the link between sales, engineering and suppliers to arrive at the best solution for the customer
Ensure quotes are feasible, competitive and profitable

Requirements

Your work area:

Analytical, precise and able to combine technical challenges with commercial insights
Strong communication skills with colleagues, customers and suppliers; translate complex information into clear solutions
Structured working style to maintain an overview when multiple requests run concurrently
HBO level or technical education; mbo+ with relevant experience also welcome
Experience with Excel and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
Good command of Dutch and English; German is a plus
Experience with technical calculations or quote processes is advantageous
