Senior Automation QA Engineer – Poland (Remote OK)

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to join a cross-functional development team in Poland. The project is with a global financial services provider focused on responsible credit for underbanked customers across international markets. The mobile application serves over 800,000 users and is undergoing a technology refresh to improve scalability, performance, and accessibility across the European footprint.

Responsibilities

Perform expert-level web service testing using Postman or SoapUI.
Design and execute advanced front-end automation with Selenium or Playwright.
Extract and query logs via CloudWatch, OpenSearch, and Kibana to support integration and regression testing.
Manage tickets in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and analysts to strengthen the QA community.

Requirements

Desirable: What’s in it for you:

At least 5 years as a technical tester with Selenium, Playwright, SoapUI.
Expert SQL skills; hands-on experience with AWS and Azure DevOps.
Proficiency with Xray or similar test-management tools.
Strong understanding of SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
Experience with BrowserStack; knowledge of accessibility and product operating model.
Familiarity with device farms; ability to identify risks and escalate issues.
Collaborative, growth-focused environment with large-scale projects.
Internal learning opportunities (internal events, Udemy, language courses, certifications).
