Account Executive – Construction at Gallagher is responsible for developing and acquiring new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, with an emphasis on small- to mid-size companies with high revenue. You will provide service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients. You will participate in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel. You may manage overall client relationships and receive day-to-day account management support. You will educate and develop other staff members in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements. You will apply industry technologies to new sales, additional sales to existing clients and account service. You will provide direction in account transfer situations. You will prepare and implement an individual business plan and production budget. You will develop and maintain interdivision/intercompany relationships consistent with Gallagher's corporate culture.
