CtrlChain is transforming the logistics industry by reducing waste through an automated ecosystem that minimizes empty trips. This on-site role is based in Eindhoven, North Brabant, Netherlands. Our Product team defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing to balance user experience with revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Define and design intuitive user experiences that align with product and business goals.
Conduct user research and market analysis to translate insights into actionable designs.
Develop and maintain design components and contribute to long-term design systems.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and team members to iterate on designs based on feedback, user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
Mentor less experienced designers while continuously learning from senior colleagues.
Optimize designs for engagement, usability, and profitability through data and analytics.
Use Figma to create and refine user interfaces and interactions.
Ensure your designs align with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related fields.
Proven ability to apply design principles effectively across complex projects.
Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and incorporating them into designs.
Familiarity with user analytics tools and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
