What you’ll be doing: - Lead complex aerospace programs from planning through delivery, coordinating with customers, partners, suppliers, and funding bodies to drive program objectives and ensure high-quality aerospace systems and components. - Ensure contract management, monitoring & compliance (Grant Agreement, Consortium Agreements, subcontractors, NDAs). - Establish overall program governance across projects, covering the full delivery lifecycle from kickoff to closeout, ensuring documentation and contract compliance. - Define project scope, milestones/gates, and success criteria based on stakeholder requirements. - Develop, maintain and implement the Program Management Plan; define, maintain & communicate schedules for aerospace programs. - Coordinate program milestones with cross-functional teams;
