About the role
Overview: The Senior Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for pharmaceutical R&D at Cielo, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and delivering proactive, timely communication on search status. The role involves mentoring Recruiters and other team members and providing consultative market insights to hiring leaders. Location: Norwood, Massachusetts, United States. Work Setup: Hybrid.

Qualifications: Compensation and Benefits:
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications, supply market data, and recommendations.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements, deliver high-potential slates, and build talent pipelines.
- Maintain candidate engagement with timely updates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders on offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines.
- Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
- Familiarity with ATS (Workday) and social media tools; knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
- Pharmaceutical R&D experience preferred; strong consulting skills, self-starter mindset, and ability to drive process improvements.
- OFCCP knowledge; experience sourcing with various tools.
