Playtech is seeking a proactive AI Security Engineer (Application Security) to join its international Security team in Tallinn, Estonia. You will perform threat modelling and security design reviews for applications with a focus on AI- and LLM-powered features, and collaborate with security, engineering and data science teams to identify, analyse and mitigate security vulnerabilities. You will review the security of AI application architecture, including RAG pipelines, agent and tool-calling flows, model APIs and integrations. You will test AI features adversarially for prompt injection, data leakage, jailbreaks and unsafe output handling. You will define guardrails, input and output validation, and monitoring for AI systems; help build secure-by-default patterns and guidance so teams can ship AI features safely. You will support development by using commercial and open source security technologies and stay current with the evolving AI threat landscape to translate it into practical standards for our teams.
