Product Manager Digital for Avery Dennison's Graphics Segment in EMENA, based in Soignies, Belgium. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies for the Digital Printing Media portfolio to support the sales organization in achieving growth and profitability. Responsibilities include developing strategy plans (product positioning, pricing guidelines), identifying and prioritizing market opportunities, and leading the development and implementation of new products in coordination with Production, Logistics, Purchasing and R&D, while acting as the marketing representative for the portfolio. Collaborate with the Technical Marketing team on internal and external inquiries, drive product launches with communications and training for customers and colleagues, monitor product profitability and quality, and establish service guidelines. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years' business experience (sales/marketing), excellent English (additional languages a plus), proven project management skills, and experience with Google Suite, Gemini, and function-specific software. Leadership and mentoring experience, and experience leading cross-functional teams, are a plus. Experience in the Digital Printing Industry is desirable.
