We are looking for a Health IT Team Lead to guide a team of Health IT specialists delivering hospital information systems across the DACH region. Location Mannheim, Germany with a hybrid work arrangement and the option for remote work. Travel occasional and project-based, typically up to 20 percent, mainly within the DACH region. Your mission: lead and grow a team of Health IT specialists (currently seven, expanding to over ten) responsible for keeping hospital systems running reliably, from patient identification to clinical workflows, including radiotherapy and hospital-wide operations; report directly to the Head of Customer Success and partner with the leadership team to ensure the company strategy is implemented; manage the three areas of OPASCA's value creation: project delivery for new solutions, ongoing operations in the business, and customer success through ongoing development with customers; ensure high-quality standards and service delivery by establishing robust ways of working, technical standards and processes, and maintaining consistently high quality across engagements; own customer relationships and escalations, guiding complex situations to a collaborative resolution; collaborate with other teams and leadership to advance the organization.
