Center for Care Coordination – Team Lead, Utilization Review Nurse – Full Time

The Team Lead for Utilization Review (UR) is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of UR nurses, reporting to the Manager of Case Management and the Director of the Center. This role provides leadership and direction for scheduling, supervision, and daily operations, while strategically evaluating workflows and processes to optimize case management and patient/family care across the institution. The Team Lead identifies challenges and systemic issues and elevates them to the Manager and Center Leadership.
