Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Implement effective process improvements considering organizational issues, external factors, and cross-functional involvement.
Use conceptual frameworks and experience to achieve objectives; define resources; design experimental programs to optimize processes or products.
Plan, organize, and manage the achievement of quality goals; provide direction in the design, development, and application of new technologies; elaborate technical strategy and promote methods, tools, processes and technologies; mentor others.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; present complex information clearly; resolve issues using negotiation and persuasion.
Identify quality roadblocks impacting other departments and drive cross-functional improvements.
Identify critical objectives and monitor impact on business results and customer satisfaction; lead the development of work processes and procedures; present ideas formally and informally.
Align customer needs with quality objectives and integrate into business goals; take action to meet customer expectations.
Stay current on changes, innovations, and trends by networking, studying industry publications, and continuing education.
