Avanath is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a residential community in Spring Valley, California. The role leads on-site operations to deliver an exceptional resident experience while driving financial performance in alignment with company goals and community ownership. Responsibilities include managing resident relations and customer service from move-in to move-out, serving as advocate for residents, and coordinating engagement events; leading on-site operations such as budgeting, rent collections, vendor relationships, and capital projects; supervising and developing the on-site team; ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and all applicable laws; and collaborating with regional leadership, regulatory partners, and service providers. Qualifications include 5-7 years in property management, 2+ years as a community or property manager, proven ability to diffuse resident concerns, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to interact with senior executives.
