The Talent Management Business Partner – Recruiter will lead the recruitment function for Community Connections and support ongoing talent acquisition. Working independently with guidance from the Senior Director of Talent Management, the Recruiter will oversee full life cycle recruiting across the organization and contribute to the development of a CC recruitment strategy. Core responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, managing relationships with recruiting platforms and agencies, overseeing the full recruitment process (screening resumes, sourcing, interviewing, references, offers), coordinating onboarding (background checks, E-Verify, HRIS enrollment, orientation), building a recruiting network through multiple channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements, maintaining data integrity in the UltiPro HRIS, and generating compliance reports. Additional duties include credentialing, verifications, responding to inquiries, and supporting HR projects. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of recruiting experience; experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS; strong communication skills; and PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Salary range: $70,000–$90,000. This is a hybrid position based in the District of Columbia, United States.
