RadNet is seeking an IT Communications Manager to join our team in the United States (Remote OK). You will develop and execute internal communication strategies to support IT initiatives, projects, and organizational changes. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly messaging for employees and stakeholders, and collaborate with IT leadership and Corporate Communications to craft communications for system implementations, outages, upgrades, and cybersecurity awareness. You will ensure all IT communications align with brand standards and manage content across channels including email, intranet, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and training materials. You will design and produce digital collateral such as presentations, infographics, job aids, and user guides to support IT initiatives. You will support change management through communication planning and execution, and collaborate with Corporate Communications and Marketing to maintain enterprise messaging consistency. You will develop communication plans for major IT initiatives with timelines and stakeholder mapping, monitor and measure effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly. You will coordinate with external vendors for communication deliverables, support executive-level communications for IT leadership, and prepare executive-ready presentations and visual storytelling materials.
