The HRBP also acts as office coordinator and collaborates with regional HR Managers and the Group HR Director to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across the site.

Essential duties and responsibilities: - Serve as liaison between employees and the corporate office; support employees throughout the organization. - Validate payroll from the central office and assist employees with payroll questions and issues. - Serve as back-up administrator for WIN when needed. - Recruit for open positions or work with regional recruiters to fill roles in a timely manner. - Organize, schedule, and document training for factory, hourly, and salaried employees. - Deliver EH&S training programs. - Act as office coordinator — order supplies, coordinate visitors, meals, reservations, corporate activities, and other administrative support as required. - Maintain HR records in compliance with company policy and applicable regulations. - Communicate with regional HR Managers and the Group HR Director. - Ensure compliant conduct in line with group procedures and policy.
