Brookdale is seeking a Sales Manager to lead community sales efforts in Columbus, Georgia, United States. You will guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in, and work with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, religious, and business networks. You’ll partner with community leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.

Brookdale supports our sales associates with a three-week onboarding and orientation program featuring in-depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique approach to sales, the systems to help you be successful, one-on-one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education for knowledge growth, and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area. There is also tuition reimbursement to support professional development, and you’ll join a network of nearly 675 communities in 41 states.
