Nitro is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Senior Channel Account Manager to expand and strengthen our partner ecosystem across North America. This remote role will involve developing and executing a channel sales strategy, recruiting and enabling distributors, direct market resellers, value-added resellers, managed service providers, systems integrators, and technology partners; building executive-level relationships; and turning partner engagement into measurable pipeline and revenue. You will train partners to position and sell Nitro’s solutions, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a consistent partner experience, monitor partner-generated pipeline, and travel regularly across North America for partner meetings and events. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in channel sales or partner management within SaaS or enterprise software, deep knowledge of North American channel models, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and programs.
