We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join one of our embedded teams in New York, New York, United States, supporting a fast-scaling fintech and payments company that is transforming how people send and manage money globally. In this role, you will identify, engage, and nurture exceptional candidates across technical, commercial, and operational functions, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define what great looks like and delivering data-informed sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining robust talent pipelines, developing targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping, crafting compelling outreach aligned with the company's brand, screening candidates at early stages, delivering high-quality shortlists, tracking sourcing metrics, and sharing insights on market trends. You will collaborate with the wider TA team to refine approaches and share best practices.
