Overview: The Project Manager Assistant provides administrative support for assigned projects. The role ensures compliance with contractual obligations and company requirements across safety, quality, management, and financial performance. Key duties include word processing, general filing, timekeeping, records management, correspondence, and processing project financial documents. The candidate will self-manage workloads, monitor and report progress, and escalate safety and quality issues as needed. Additional duties include coordinating and maintaining project financial documents and related billing, acting as the project administrator for customer interfaces, developing and implementing process improvements, handling confidential information, and working with minimal supervision on multiple projects. The role also covers calendar management, travel arrangements, document control, reviewing expenses, managing program-level dashboards and metrics, preparing purchasing reports, screening calls, and supporting audits of vendor/subcontractor compliance. Occasional travel to project sites (1–3 day trips) may be required. Location: Tempe, Arizona, United States. On-site.
