Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, technical resources, and the CTO organization.
• Review technical and architectural documentation to ensure scalable and resilient solutions.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, changes, and remediation plans.
• Track progress and provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define release schedules and implementation plans.
• Lead planning activities including work breakdown structures, resource planning, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards, governance, and Commonwealth policies.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Support QA, testing, change management, and deployment activities.
• Develop project metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience; 8+ years in project management leading initiative
