Responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI (data modeling and DAX); designing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes in Azure Data Factory or equivalent; working with Azure SQL or other Microsoft SQL Server environments; developing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and views; using Python for data manipulation, ad hoc analysis, data exploration, and task automation; monitoring data pipelines for errors, latency, and data quality; communicating with management, staff, program participants, and the public.
