Responsibilities include driving releases across environments, ensuring compliance with development standards, and producing accurate reporting. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years in program/project/product management, 2+ years leading cross-functional teams, 2+ years writing software specifications, and strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Salesforce, and familiarity with telephony or hosted solutions is preferred. Additional advantages include experience with systems and network infrastructure design, Agile/Scrum, and PMP certification.
