This onsite, field-based role focuses on cultivating long-term customer relationships and driving revenue growth by expanding penetration of AirLife’s clinically differentiated respiratory and airway consumables within hospitals, IDNs, and surgery centers. The Territory Sales Manager will engage stakeholders in anesthesia, respiratory, value analysis, and supply chain, delivering value-based solutions and leading product adoption. Responsibilities include direct onsite calls at hospitals and surgery centers, expanding the current customer base, targeting purchasing and sourcing managers to advance GPO/IDN contracts, and coordinating with local distribution partners to place contracts and maintain accurate forecasts. The role requires travel up to 60% within the territory and strong clinical selling, relationship-building, negotiation, and Salesforce CRM skills. A bachelor’s degree and five years of medical sales experience are preferred.
