Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
About the Role We are seeking a senior talent partner who has done this before—an early or founding recruiting hire at a high-growth startup who knows how to build the function and close roles. You will own full-cycle recruiting across GTM (sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success) with some technical hiring mixed in, partnering directly with functional leaders and executives rather than simply taking orders. This is not a sourcing-focused or coordinator-heavy role. You will manage the entire process: intake, sourcing strategy, candidate evaluation, hiring-manager calibration, offer strategy, and close. You should bring ideas about how AI and automation can make the function faster and smarter.
