Scholt Energy is seeking a Financial Controller to shape the future of climate-neutral energy for all companies. You will be responsible for timely, complete, and accurate financial information for one or more entities. You will prepare reports, analyze financial results, and ensure reliable management information. You will handle month- and year-end closings, financial analyses, and tax-related tasks. You will also support audits by accountants and tax authorities and contribute to improving processes, reporting, and systems. Working with colleagues in Finance, you will help build a solid financial foundation and actively contribute to optimizing the organization’s growth.

Your mission - A completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Accountancy, or a comparable field. - Two to five years of relevant work experience within financial controlling, accounting, or finance. - Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset. - An independent and precise way of working. - Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. - A team-oriented mindset and the ambition to continuously improve processes.
