What you’ll do: - Close loan deals and move prospects through the application process, typically within 1–2 calls. - Own your pipeline by managing up to 20 active transactions at various stages. - Identify customer pain points (e.g., medical debt, home repairs) and explain how our loan product provides a solution. - Consistently exceed daily and weekly targets to maximize commission.

Location & schedule: - Hybrid and remote opportunities available in the Phoenix, AZ metro area; remote work is also available in Texas and Florida. - Tempe, Arizona office training and onboarding as needed; flexibility for weekend shifts (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).
