Senior Product Manager within the Enterprise Product team at Hack The Box will define and deliver products that help enterprise customers adopt, manage, and scale Hack The Box across their organizations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to solve complex customer problems, drive product strategy, and deliver measurable business impact. Success means balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial priorities to build enterprise-grade experiences that accelerate growth and strengthen customer retention.
Location and work mode: Europe (Employee of Record through Deel) or Athens, Greece, with relocation support. If based in Athens, Greece: Hybrid (2 days in office). This is a full-time role with relocation benefits including a 10% relocation bonus on the annual salary, a 50% tax reduction on relocation-related income, and accommodation during the first weeks. Flexible working arrangements available; fully remote options may apply for Europe-wide applicants.
What you’ll do: - Lead the discovery and delivery of data-centric features, ensuring high adoption of reporting tools. - Define and implement an outcome-oriented roadmap backed by KPIs, focusing on data accuracy and user engagement with insights. - Collaborate daily with Analytics and Data Engineering; translate data into a compelling product vision. - Work with Engineering and Design to implement features, then align with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to communicate value. - Conduct deep-dive sessions with B2B c
