Delta Dental of Colorado is seeking an Account Manager in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This hybrid role serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, ensuring client needs are met and collaborating with Account Executives to drive growth and renewals. The role requires partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service, handling inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution, and supporting the Account Executives in strategy execution. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing renewal proposals and client materials, analyzing account data and market trends, and communicating Delta Dental’s value proposition to clients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of insurance experience (health, dental, P&C, etc.), a four-year degree in business or health administration preferred, and 2+ years of experience preparing reports and presentations. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required, with the ability to learn other software. An active Colorado producer license (or ability to obtain within 60 days) and a Colorado driver’s license are required. This position requires 2-3 days in the office per week and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
