We provide warm leads, an uncapped commission structure, and a total compensation range of $85,000–$130,000+ per year, plus full benefits. In this role, you will close deals within 1–2 calls, manage up to 20 active transactions, and articulate how our loan products address customer needs such as medical debt and home repairs. You will own your pipeline, consistently exceed targets, and work with Salesforce or similar CRMs in a high-energy environment. Qualifications include 3+ years of inside sales experience (outbound call center experience preferred) and the ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).
