The role focuses on ensuring the safe execution of vehicle testing activities by monitoring safety procedures, identifying potential risks, and enforcing site safety regulations. Working schedule is Monday to Friday, on-site in Tarnówka, Poland. Requirements include a valid SEP G1 Eksploatacja certificate (sponsorship provided), a strong commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to communicate in English and Polish. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business trips are required. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Responsibilities include performing user interface testing for dashboards and cockpit controls, testing cockpit system connectivity (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, navigation), validating driver assistance systems (AEB, ACC, BSD, LDW, ELK), conducting performance testing under varying loads, ensuring long-term cockpit stability, testing under diverse climate conditions, tracking and documenting issues, and collaborating with testing engineers, developers, and product teams.
