This role collaborates with Program Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. The position is on-site in Santa Clara, California, United States, with a salary range of $80,000-$130,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities: - Support project surveys, estimating, and client quotations. - Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources. - Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation. - Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and billing. - Provide project updates and maintain client communication. - Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery. - Support contract negotiations, scope development, and seamless project transitions from sales through execution. - Track business development activities, opportunities, and project pipeline using the company CRM. - Maintain relationships with clients to identify follow-on projects, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. - Participate in client meetings, site walks, networking events, and industry conferences to support sales growth. - Partner with Business Development and Program Managers to prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and client solution strategies. - Develop new business opportunities by identifying client needs and expanding services within existing and prospective accounts.
