Boise Cascade is seeking an Account Manager to perform outside sales and marketing of a broad mix of building materials to dealer accounts. The position covers Riverside County, California, United States, and requires travel to customer sites, including active construction sites, where you will quote prices, conduct sales presentations, develop sales strategies, and promote products. You will resolve customer issues, respond to complaints and receivable problems, provide claims service, and maintain knowledge of competitor products. You will manage territory and customers for profitable results, provide promotional and merchandising support, develop promotions, and administer co-op. You will also provide training to customers, customer associates, and contractors, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
