Overview: V2X designs smart solutions to integrate physical and digital infrastructure, with a long history of mission support and a global presence. The VX-23 Maintenance Controller (NTWL) role leads small field teams and serves as the primary Government contact for on-site work. This position is based on-site in Solomons, Maryland, United States.

What You’ll Do: • Lead a field team dispatched for small-scale assignments (up to 15 personnel), acting as the on-site Supervisor and point of contact with Government stakeholders. • Limit administrative duties to a maximum of five hours per week (time and attendance, required reports). • Diagnose problems, determine the scope of work, estimate materials and manning requirements, and oversee the execution of maintenance tasks. • Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve unusually complex problems and provide guidance to less experienced team members. • Inspect the work of crew members when an Inspector is not assigned. • Manage a crew of up to ten employees directly, with potential supervision under a burden leadman for larger teams. • Ensure compliance with all applicable sections of COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and related aircraft maintenance procedures. • Utilize technical publications, NAMP, and NALCOMIS systems; interpret drawings, diagrams, and schematics; and maintain safety and quality standards. • Perform other qualified duties as assigned.
