Ermetix is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to define and manage the entire ML pipeline from training and testing to deployment in production, and to contribute to solutions based on large language models (LLMs), including RAG integration and fine-tuning. What you will do: - Define and manage the end-to-end ML pipeline: training, testing, and deploying models to production. - Contribute to building LLM-based solutions, including RAG and fine-tuning. - Help set technical standards and processes for the AI team. - Work closely with the CTO and another team member, with substantial autonomy over tasks and priorities.
Technical requirements: - 4+ years of hands-on experience with training, testing, and deploying ML models in production. - Strong Python proficiency. - Knowledge of classical ML algorithms (decision trees, SVM, deep learning, neural networks, Transformer, CNN, RNN). - Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy. - Experience with agent-based/LLM solutions, RAG, and fine-tuning. - Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Nice to have: - Cloud environments such as AWS SageMaker or Azure/GCP Vertex AI. - Big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop). - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. - Interest or experience in cybersecurity. - Prior experience in product-oriented companies. - Familiarity with MLOps
