Social Media Strategist and Community Manager – Associate

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will be an experienced social media marketer who can execute high-impact, tactical marketing programs that are results-oriented, on-brand, engaging, and innovative, with diverse client management experience. A strong understanding of the global social media landscape is essential.

In this Associate role, you will help manage and execute programs across the firm’s organic social media channels. Your projects will focus on activating and managing best-in-class social media experiences to maximize client engagement through promoting the Asset Management brand, thought leadership, and product messaging. You will partner with marketing colleagues across lines of business, Brand, Design, and Integrated Media and Performance Analytics teams to manage the launch and performance of our social media initiatives.

Responsibilities - Lead channel strategy, planning and growth, community management, and engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube; develop voice, cadence, and format mix - Create social media content for Asset Management’s corporate brand channels (writing, creating, designing) - Assist in capturing/shooting content at live events and sponsorships - Support end-to-end pr
