The Greet Team Lead is a frontline leadership role responsible for guiding the Greet Team to deliver a welcoming, member-centric experience while driving production and sales at the club.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: - Ensure members receive a friendly greeting and prompt attention to their needs. - Monitor check-ins to identify delinquent accounts and notify the Greet Team Manager. - Promptly answer phones in a courteous and professional manner with proper greeting techniques; obtain caller names and relay messages. - Manage incoming call requests and transfer personal training inquiries to the appropriate Fitness Consultant; ensure accurate notes in the script pad and Master Production Tracker. - Audit Telephone Inquiries to confirm that prospective appointments are booked correctly. - Engage members with Defined Fitness products and offers (personal training and group exercise classes). - Maintain relationships with members, using their names to assist as a resource and directing them to applicable services. - Provide a clean, friendly, well-maintained club environment and orient new and existing members to their home club. - Conduct tours for prospective members and describe the facility, equipment, services and amenities aligned with individual fitness needs and goals. - Correct registration of guests into the membership platform. - Communicate membership and fitness offers using company-supplied presentation tools. - Sign up prospective members using company sales techniques and adhere to
