Teltonika is seeking an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our USA Sales team. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, you will lead Teltonika Telematics’ devices portfolio and help build and develop a new sales team. Teltonika’s telematics division designs and manufactures easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction and more, delivering reliable, Europe-made solutions to customers worldwide. Responsibilities include leading and developing your own sales team, executing strategic plans to hit sales targets and expand the customer base, participating in hiring, providing training and coaching, acting as a playing coach until the team is self-sufficient, maintaining internal systems and ensuring accurate data entry, contributing to market research to identify growth opportunities, ensuring order tracking and resolution, and coordinating technical inquiries and logistics. What we expect: 2+ years of sales leadership experience selling a hardware product; proven B2B sales achievements; experience building and motivating a sales team; results-focused, organized with strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to analyze information and make independent decisions.
