Inspection & Surveillance — conduct quality surveillance and inspections of electrical installation activities; witness inspections, testing, and commissioning; review quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation; monitor contractor compliance with approved quality arrangements. Non-Conformance Management — raise, investigate, and manage NCRs; support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation; monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
